Venice Beach Travel Guide

Hey everyone! I had a super fun weekend celebrating one of my best friends in LA and we had such a blast. We stayed in Beverly Hills and had breakfast in Westwood the next morning, but then skirted over to Venice Beach, travel time taking about 20 minutes. Venice Beach has become one of my favorite spots in LA, with really hip and up and coming restaurants and shops, on top of being on the beach. Abbot Kinney is where all of the cute stores are and my street of choice, but strolling down the Venice Beach Boardwalk is nothing short of entertaining with really funny people watching. Today I thought I would narrow down my favorite places, hope you enjoy!

The Butcher’s Daughter is SO CUTE and has a really healthy variety of foods. It’s Romee Strijd’s favorite place, and she was there just an hour before we were! The avocado toast is apparently to DIE FOR (according to my friends, I don’t like avocados 😉 )

Abbot’s Pizza Company is home to the popular salad pizza that is known by the locals in Venice. It is amazing and makes you feel better knowing that your pizza has more health benefits than usual 🙂

Rose Cafe is super adorable and quaint, a great place for brunch!

Cafe Gratitude is such an LA classic, where you know that not only you will you be eating healthy, but is super cute too 😉

To Shop:

Aviator Nation has the best sweatpants on the market, they are so soft and cozy! They sell this line at Nordstrom but the store is just so funky and chic, you have to check it out! (not to mention there is a cool wall right outside of it 😉 )

Heist has a beautiful selection of some of the coolest designer brands like Golden Goose Deluxe among many others.

Principessa has ADORABLE pieces at a really good price point as well. I would compare it to a Topshop or Lulus but has all sorts of designers with a cute boutique inspired appeal.

Sweaty Betty has top notch work out wear and an adorable store front as well, making working out so much more glamorous.

Grow Venice has cute succulents and other stationary like goodies.

Tumbleweed and Dandelion has gorgeous furniture pieces that are so Venice chic!

Illesteva has the cutest sunnies around, all of them are super trendy and unique!
